These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter Terms and Conditions) are applied to the discipline of purchase, carried out remotely via network communication, of Products from Website www.psycho-store.com (hereinafter, the Website) .

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All purchases of products made ​​through the Website (hereinafter, the Purchase Contracts ) by users who have access to it (hereinafter the Customer) are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no . Nr . 206/2005) , Section II distance contracts (Articles 50-67 ) and rules regarding e-commerce (Legislative Decree no . 70/2003 ) . With the conclusion of the Purchase Contracts, the second procedure, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Customer is therefore advised to read carefully General Conditions before making any purchase transaction, and, once the purchase procedure by the Website is done, customer is advised to print them or to save them.

PSYCHO-STORE may change at any time and without notice the contents of the Terms and Conditions.

PSYCHO-STORE will apply to all purchase contracts Terms and Conditions posted on Website at the time of purchase of the order by the Customer.

www.psycho-store.com is a website which sells clothing and accessories (hereinafter Products).

All products offered are described on the home page of the Website and in their own sections as well as in their own category of product.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE
The customer can buy products on our online catalog.

Products are described in detail on the home page of the website www.psycho-store.com and within their own sections by product category and are described in data sheets in the Website.

You may experience occasional unavailability of the products offered. In this case, if the Products are not chosen by the customer, in whole or in part, available ,the customer will be notified immediately and may require one or more products to replace those not available ( for the same total value ).

Alternatively you can be fully reimbursed for the amount paid for Products that are not in stock.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS
All prices of products are clearly indicated on the Website. Delivery costs are properly highlighted when ordering.

The cost of each shipment will vary depending on term of delivery.

METHOD AND DELIVERY CHARGES

PSYCHO-STORE deliveries in all countries listed on the website: delivery will take place without an appointment.

No responsibility, in any way, may be charged by the Customer to PSYCHO-STORE in case of delay in delivery due to the delivery courier.

The products ordered will be sent to the postal address specified by the customer.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made ​​available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified, Customer can withdraw the package from the competent.

At the time of delivery of Products , the Customer is required to check carefully:
1 ) That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered.

     Any damage to packaging or to the Products must be immediately notified by the Customer to the delivery courier.

     Subsequently, the customer is required to contact PSYCHO-STORE sending an E -mail to 

     info@psycho-store.com reporting the problem.
2 ) That the goods correspond to the ordered delivery.

       In case of mismatch between products ordered and products received, the customer is required to report immediately

       the problem to PSYCHO-STORE ( by sending an E -mail to info@psycho-store.com ) providing the identification code of

       the Product that does not match with the one ordered.

       The customer will then return the item to PSYCHO-STORE who undertakes to replace it with the actual product

       ordered by the customer, assuming responsibility for all shipping costs .

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on the Website www.psycho-store.com are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as by Italian law on mail order sales and / or distance.
Pursuant to art. 64 and S.S. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ( Consumer Code), the client consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or without indicating a VAT number ) has the right to terminate the contract purchase for any reason and without explanation, to the conditions set out below.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to that effect by registered letter R/R, within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of goods.

The essential integrity of the items to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

However, it is sufficient that the goods are returned in normal conditions.

Once you have verified the integrity of the returned product PSYCHO-STORE will refund the customer the full amount paid for the products referred to the Purchase Agreement subject to withdrawal, no later than thirty (30) days from the return date of the Products.
PSYCHO-STORE will refund the full value of the order, or any part it if the withdrawal was in part, by the manner specifically agreed between the parties .

It should be noted that in accordance with current legislation, PSYCHO-STORE will refund the Customer any amount paid by the customer relative to the Products price.

Will be charged to the customer the delivery costs for the return to PSYCHO-STORE of all products subject to withdrawal.

NON-CONFORMITY PRODUCTS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of lack of conformity of products purchased from the description posted on Website and in the event of a faulty or defective product, the customer is entitled to reimbursement or replacement of the goods not in conformity.

PERSONAL DATA
Customers data are treated by PSYCHO-STORE in accordance with the current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, as specified in the information present in the special section called " Privacy Policy ".

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All communications to the Customer or any complaints against PSYCHO-STORE about purchase contracts must be notified via E-mail to info@psycho-store.com

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks (registered or not), as well as any intellectual work, distinctive mark or name, image, photograph, written text or graphics and more generally any other intangible asset protected by laws and international conventions on intellectual property and industrial property, reproduced on the Website are exclusive property of PSYCHO-STORE and / or its licensors, without from access to the Website and / or the Award of Purchase Contracts resulting to the Customer any right over them.

Any use, even if only partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written consent of PSYCHO-STORE and / or its licensors, in favor of which are reserved, exclusively, all of its rights.

JURISDICTION
Any disputes concerning the interpretation and execution of contracts in compliance with the present terms and conditions shall be solved before the courts competent under applicable legislation, in case of customers 'consumers' .
